The first priority in the planning phase of website project management is to define, in the clearest terms possible, what the client wants.

In the Execution phase of a website project, our team will be focused on creating the site’s layout, content, design and functionalities.

Control
Once the project execution phase gets underway, the project monitoring and controlling phase also kicks in. This parallel phase keeps the project on track and aligned with its initial purpose, while allowing us to correct course where necessary.

Closure
This is the stage where all deliverables are finalized and formally transferred, and all documentation is signed off, approved, and archived.
